How to correctly fit a PL529 to RR specification. corrections spot the difference!

cheers fella first ensure coax is 50 ohms
thorough visual inspection
measure impedance
take crimper and cutters and ensure
both sharp
take 2 gold plated PL519 crimp connectors
thorough visual inspection
take coaxial cable out strippers to 2540 milimeters
correction one inch
remove outer
trim outer braid to 6.5mm length
strip inner off so
correction strip outer off inner
to 7mm length
put outer ring on coax
fit PL519 unit to coax with inner in inner
and make sure outer braid goes over connector head
push fully up hard
trim outer excess braid
hold and KRIMP!
measure off length of coax to meter lengths we recommend 10meters
divided by two equals
1 5 m length
5 meters
repeat procedure at other end of coax remembering to add outer ring
sell for £25 for 5 meter length
minimum order 10 meters
or pay the man
to do it for you
